Overview

This is the true story about a guy I met by chance. It's an odd pairing - the 65-year-old suburban lady with a generally easy life conversing for hours with the 56-year-old guy who has spent half his life incarcerated, and the other half mostly inebriated by one substance or another. He has been emotionally abused and is a victim of childhood domestic violence, sexual abuse and parental neglect, all of which led him down a self-destructive path of crime and self harm.We struck up a unique friendship born out of zero judgement.on my part and astounding honesty on his.
