Overview
Christmas reveals the light that shines within everyone. One Hundred Christmases begins in 1872 Bavaria when the grandfather of 10-year-old Franz Hartmann presents him with a hand-carved oak angel the Christmas Eve before he sails with his parents to America. From generation to generation, this Christmas angel celebrates the holidays, first with the Hartmans until it is fated to be with the Conlons - all the while sharing with both families the hope, faith and joy of the holiday season, as well as guiding them through the hardship, loss and misfortune that life can bestow.
