It will provide helpful insight on certain criteria that you need to know prior to becoming a tenant. A little about me... I was born and raised in the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands. I have worked in the mortgage compliance industry for over 17 years, the last two as a Regulatory Analyst and Advisor. I am also certified as a CFCP and a MCPC. Throughout my entire mortgage compliance career, I have come to understand that there is such a tremendous need for simplified educational materials as reflected in this book, for first-time home buyers or anyone planning to own a home. I felt that it was my obligation to help educate anyone planning to purchase a home or property, by providing them with the information they may not have known or have heard of in an easy-to-understand way.
