Overview

Orville Schinke struggled with his religious beliefs for several years. This book was written to describe some of the experiences of the author which may help others who struggle with some of the same spiritual problems he has dealt with. The reader should understand that many of the struggles were as a result of not understanding spiritual principles as outlined in the Bible. The term One Foot Makes a Difference refers to having knowledge in your head and experiencing it in your heart. It is approximately 12 inches between your brain and your heart.

Author Information

Orville L. Schinke was born in 1932. He graduated from Perkins High School, Perkins, MI in 1949. Two years later he went into the US Air Force and made a career out of it, retiring as a MSgt in 1972. He immediately went to Milwaukee School of Engineering to receive a degree in Electronic Communications Engineering Technology in 1974. From there he moved with his family to Cedar Rapids, IA to be employed by Rockwell-Collins. In 1976 Orville was born again and in 1980 went to Rhema Bible Training Center, Broken Arrow, OK. Orville is presently traveling with his wife Marge in a recreational vehicle full time, encouraging churches wherever he goes. He is a member of Mark T. Barclay's Righteous Preacher's Network.
