An multi award winning author of books including On the trail of Jack the Ripper and Convicting the Yorkshire Ripper he also appears as a guest expert and consultant for several TV crime drama’s. In his spare time Richard provides guided tours in and around London, focusing on Jack the Ripper, the Kray twins and the cultural history of Spitalfields and Brick Lane. Originally from Ireland he now resides in West Yorkshire. Mark Davis is committed to delivering the perfect photographic image. A fearless, versatile, and passionate photographer photography is both admired and awarded, he is equally at home whether at great height or at ground level. As a keen social historian focusing on 19th century social injustice and crime in particular, he has 15 books published books under his belt ranging from Charles Dickens London to Voices from the asylum. He has appeared in various documentaries focusing on former Pauper Lunatic Asylums.
