She is the author, among others, of the Carnegie-nominated In Paris With You (Faber) and Piglettes (Pushkin). Her works have been translated into over 15 languages and have ended up on IBBY Honour and White Raven lists. She is also a translator into French, notably of Jane Austen's Emma, Christina Rossetti's 'Goblin Market', J.K.
