He is also on the board of national and international research committees and task forces. Before, he worked in AGCOM as the Italian President’s economic advisor. Prior, he served the Italian Competition Authority as an economist and case handler of important antitrust cases. He was a research fellow of Politecnico of Milan (Italy) and the University of Pavia (Italy). He is the author of several scientific publications and has obtained national scientific qualifications as a full professor in three scientific sectors (economics, political economy, and applied economics) as a result of his research achievements.
