Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMateusz Julecki was born in September of 1997 in Lomza in the Podlasie Voivodeship and came to the United States with his mother in 1999. He grew up speaking both Polish and English and attended Polish and English language schools - passing his Polish high school finishing exams, the Matura. He had a passion for history ever since I was young, listening to his grandfather tell stories about the German and Russian occupations of Poland and his mother tell stories of how it was to live in communist ruled Poland. He graduated from Marian Catholic High School and attended Moraine Valley Community College receiving two associate degrees and gaining valuable experience in historical studies under James McIntyre and Joshua Fulton. He currently attends the University of Illinois at Chicago working toward a degree in history. His favorite historical subject is any aspect history of Poland.
