OverviewIn this witty, rib-cracking, yet riveting account of Lillian Durodola's autobiography, we meet an African-American girl born into a typical, average family in New Jersey. With the rigors and daily challenges of family life with five siblings and the struggle to make ends meet, Lillian navigates through life, finding her path, and keeping her head held high during difficult times. With her dreams firmly entrenched in her heart, she continues on her path of faith, spirituality, and love for God. Then she meets her husband, a Nigerian from Africa, and her life takes a new turn in her quest for love, family life, and her desire for missionary work in Africa.
