Jenny Segal is an experienced speaker and leader with a successful career in finance, starting her professional life with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and going on to qualify as an actuary.Jenny worked in technical actuarial roles and as a pensions and investment consultant before gravitating towards the people side of the business, specialising in leading sales teams for large asset management companies. She now has a portfolio-style career and is a regular speaker, consultant, and trainer on resilience, business communication, hybrid working, motivation, and workplace culture. She has written four books on motivation at work.When she is not working or being entertained by her three fabulous sons, Jenny spends her time preparing for a piano diploma, running half-marathons, and taking (what she hopes are) beautiful photographs.
