Author Information

Arnold J. Byron began his work life as a teacher, with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and business education, and eventually transitioned into a career as a US customs inspector. After retiring, he became involved in drug policy reform and worked with the King County Bar Association Drug Policy Reform Task Force and joined the Law Enforcement Against Prohibition group. Concerned by the ramifications of global warming and overpopulation, Byron began considering action plans that could solve these issues and save our planet. The author shares his findings in his collection of essays, Of Population and Pollution: A Global Warming Primer.
