Elizabeth Foss is a wife, mother of nine, and the founder of Take Up & Read. She's happy curled up with a good book or tinkering with a turn of phrase. She's the author of widely acclaimed devotionals Consider the Lilies, Stories of Grace, Above All, and Rooted in Hope. This notebook is designed by Kristin Foss, Art Director for Take Up & Read. Kristin is a self-taught watercolor artist who focuses on bright, detailed florals. With a paintbrush in her hand and fresh blooms in a vase, she finds peace in God's word while putting brush to paper. She lives in New England with her husband and four children. She enjoys creative cooking, thrift stores, nature walks, water, and cotton.
