Essam El Touhky, MD, FRCOph, is Deputy Director, National Eye Institute, Egypt, and Associate Professor of Opthalmology, Cairo University, Egypt. Ranjit S. Dhaliwal, MD, DOMS, has been practicing ophthalmology at the Eye Infirmary in Nabha for 20 years.
