Reviews

It is suggested that one of the key purposes of an edition such as this one is to provide a compilation of a collection of related, yet distinct, themes under a broad heading as a means of evaluating the manner in which ocean law and policy has developed, as well as identifying potential shortfalls that need to be addressed. If this suggestion is accepted then the book has certainly done that most efficiently...[The book] should be of academic and professional interest to a wide range of scholars and practitioners in the field. - David Letts Australian National University College of Law, Canberra, Australia, in: The International Journal of Maritime History
