Author InformationJagan Karade is lecturer in sociology at Tilak University, Pune (India). He is ICSSR fellow. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai. Dr. Karade is an author of Reservation Policy and Reality (Sugava,2005) and Rastravadi Dr.Ambedkar (Sumedha,2007). He edited books, entitled, Dhammkrantichi Falshruti (Taxila,2006), Jagtikikarn :Bhartasamoril Awhane (Diamond,2008) and Development of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in India.
