OverviewObstetric vasculopathy refers to disease or disorders in the vessels occurring at the fetomaternal interface, resulting in obstetrical conditions such as preeclampsia, recurrent miscarriages, intrauterine growth retardation, recurrent stillbirths and accidental haemorrhage.
