The author is a great-grandmother in her late seventies. She has a high school education. The author became aware of a voice speaking to her in her teens, but didn't actually understand the voice was guiding her in her life choices until she was in her thirties. Once she became aware of that guidance she turned her life over and found understanding and comfort when she needed it most. The greatest rewards in life are not what we do for ourselves, but what we choose to do for others.
