Author Information

Robert Burleigh was born and raised in Chicago and later attended DePauw University. He has been publishing children's books since the early 1990s. In addition to writing, he paints regularly under the name Burleigh Kronquist and has had his work shown individually and with groups in Chicago, New York, and elsewhere around the United States. David Bendena is an actor and a musician based in the Midwest. His theatre experience over the past twenty years has taken him to stages throughout Chicago, Kansas City, and Michigan. He is very proud to be a member of the Actors Equity Association and to be a Resident Artist with the Purple Rose Theatre Company. Chris Lutkin has been an actor, a director, a writer, and a teacher for over thirty years. He has narrated several audiobooks including The Early Stories of Philip K. Dick, 12 Stories by Edgar Allan Poe, and The Red Badge of Courage. He currently resides in Detroit with his wife, Heather, and their rescue dog, Buckaroo. Sterling Hundley was raised in Richmond, Virginia and went on to receive a degree in communications art and design from Virginia Commonwealth University. His work has appeared in multiple publications including Rolling Stone and The New York Times. He currently resides in Virginia where he is a professor in the Department of Communication Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University.
