Anthony Robert Dissen (he/they) is an associate professor of health science at Stockton University. He is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds an Ed.D. from Stockton University, an M.P.H. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and an M.A. in integrative health from Georgian Court University. Christina Riccardo (she/her) is an associate professor of nutrition at West Chester University. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds an Ed.D. in nutrition education from Columbia University and an M.S. in nutrition from Boston University. Liam Oliver Lair (he/him) is a professor of women's and gender studies at West Chester University. He holds a Ph.D. in women, gender, and sexuality studies from the University of Kansas.
