She is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian, Advanced Accredited Sports Dietitian, and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over two decades of experience in teaching, practice, and research. Adrienne leads community-based interventions that address nutrition-related chronic disease and facilitate healthy participation in sport and recreation as well as innovations in health professional education. Evangeline Mantzioris is the Program Director of the Nutrition and Food Sciences Degree at the University of South Australia. She is a Senior Lecturer, Accredited Practicing Dietitian, and Accredited Sports Dietitian with over three decades of experience in research, university teaching, clinical dietetics, and clinical teaching at major teaching hospitals and in private practice. Evangeline’s research interests include sports nutrition, fats, fatty acids, Mediterranean Diet, and the environment–food nexus.
