Nicki Guerra, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner in Miami, Florida. While her career is rooted in nursing, she has always had a passion for storytelling and writing. Working as a pediatric registered nurse and taking care of such special patients inspired her to write her first book, Nurse Nicki Goes To Work- bringing the world of healthcare to young readers in a fun and accessible way.In her free time, Nicki enjoys spending time with her daughter Margot, and cherishing life's little moments with family and friends. Valeria Kornus is a children's book illustrator and character designer based in Dubai, UAE. With a background in the world of illustration, Valeria carried out her digital and mixed media art studies in Ukraine over 13 years ago where she obtained her bachelors degree in graphic design. After her fateful moving to Dubai in 2021, Valeria has wholeheartedly dedicated herself to the enchanting world of illustrating children's picture books, breathing life into the countless stories that teach young hearts the important life values and also help to cope with difficult situations that children may face.
