OverviewHeart disease is still the biggest killer in the Western world. Rapid and accurate tests are in demand to either confirm or reassure patients. Nuclear Cardiology is an established and expanding speciality worldwide with an ever-increasing demand for quality and accuracy. Current books tend to be large hardback tomes that are difficult to rapidly search and digest. This book is concise, easy to read and clinically relevant for trainees as well as specialists within the field. Non-specialists will also find the information useful when it comes to interpreting the results of studies performed on their patients. The format allows rapid access to useful information as well as an up to date reference for the trainee and specialist. This Handbook is a 'how-to' guide to demystify nuclear cardiology procedures for general cardiologists and cardiology trainees, as well as nuclear physicians and radiologists.
