I've started at least three different stories only to get lost in my own plot, mess up my timeline, or struggle to figure out who I wanted my characters to be. I was always under this impression that good authors just sat down and the story just flowed through them, but this planning guide makes everything seem so much more achievable! I really think this guide will be successful because so many people out there do have stories to tell and just no idea where to start. My favorite part of this guide was the interview section. I always love when authors create characters that have really quirky, unique personalities, random interests, or things that make them really relatable and I think those kinds of characters come from this section! I tried it out with one of the characters from one of my 'idea novels' and could definitely see how it would add depth and personality to a story. You've really created a space where authors can reflect on their writing in an organized and well thought out way. -Taylor, editor, and aspiring writer ""As someone who has always wanted to write a novel, I really want to say thank you for making this guide!
