Des enfants d'origine metisse partagent et explorent differentes facons de celebrer leur patrimoine: en goutant des aliments traditionnels comme la bannique et les baies d'amelanchier, en pratiquant le perlage, en racontant des histoires, en dansant, en jouant de la musique et en chantant. Chaque enfant partage une facon d'honorer ses origines et de tisser des elements de la riche tapisserie que constitue la culture des Metis. Membre de la SCBWI et coproprietaire d'un magasin de detail d'articles pour la maison et d'un cafe-terrasse a Lloydminster, Tasha a ete paneliste et conferenciere d'honneur lors de nombreux evenements dans le domaine des affaires, dont le sommet des communautes Facebook de 2019 a Menlo, en Californie, au siege social de la compagnie. Elle est de descendance metisse du cote de sa mere et inscrite comme membre de la Nation metisse de l'Alberta. Elle vit en Alberta avec son mari et leurs trois enfants TASHA HILDERMAN graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Saskatchewan. A member of SCBWI and co-owner of a home retail store and garden cafe in Lloydminster, Tasha has been a panelist and featured speaker at numerous business-industry events, including the 2019 Facebook Communities Summit at Facebook's Menlo, California headquarters. She is of Metis descent through her mother's side and a registered member of the Metis Nation of Alberta, and lives with her husband and three children in Alberta.
