Jim Slaughter is an attorney, Certified Professional Parliamentarian-Teacher, Professional Registered Parliamentarian, past President of CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers, and past President of the American College of Parliamentary Lawyers. He has served as Parliamentarian to the many of the largest associations in the world, including the National Education Association, AFL-CIO and American Nurses Association.
