Norman and the Nom Nom Factory

Overview

Featured on Julie Andrews' podcast, ""Julie's Library."" For those who can use a little push when it comes to trying new things and encountering unexpected friendships (or trying new foods!), a trip to planet Gerp could be just the ticket. Norman happily lives alone on Planet Gerp, spending every day making Nom Noms in his Nom Nom factory and eating only Nom Noms for every meal. It's nice and quiet on Gerp, until a loud, strange creature arrives bringing even stranger foods...and worse, a taste for ADVENTURE. What will Norman do? Bridgette Zou brings Norman's planet to life in this humorous and charming picture book about friendship and discovery.

"Are you scared of change? Norman is... The publisher sent me a copy of this book to read for review (thank you.) It has been published and you can buy a copy now. Norman thinks his Nom Nom's are perfect and wants no change. A stranger who crash landed has other goodies to share; no thanks. Despite Norman's nos, he makes a mistake and ads it to his Nom Nom recipe. Major disaster! Imagine that, it tastes good! Maybe Norman and Chips can explore some more and find more good things. You want to come? Any child afraid of change will learn from this story. It's fun!--Journey of a Bookseller -- ""Blog"" (6/8/2018 12:00:00 AM) Norman happily lives alone on Planet Gerp, spending every day making Nom Noms in his Nom Nom factory and eating only Nom Noms for every meal.
