Eva-Maria Svensson, LLD, Senior Lecturer of Legal Science and Philosophy, University of Gothenburg. She has published articles on legal philosophy, gender theory and public law. Her articles discuss, for example, freedom of speech and pornography from a feminist perspective. Her current research projects deal with equality and epistemology in legal science. Her research interests have been the legal status of women in the early modem period and the history of matrimonial law from a comparative perspective. She has published articles on Finnish and comparative bankruptcy law and legal topics related to violence against women.
