Baldev Raj, PhD, has made pioneering research and application of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methodologies especially to corrosion science and technologies. U. Kamachi Mudali, PhD, an expert of corrosion and its mitigation, is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Heavy Water Board, an industrial unit of the Indian Department of Atomic Energy.
