Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDr. Subrota Hati is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Microbiology, SMC College of Dairy Science, Kamdhenu University, Anand, Gujarat, India since 2012. Dr Hati did Master and Doctorate from NDRI Karnal in Dairy Microbiology. Dr. Hati also did post-Doc from University of Queensland, Australia in 2018 under the Indo-Australia Career Boosting Gold Fellowship sponsored by DBT, New Delhi. Dr. Hati published more than 110 research papers in reputed Journals nationally and internationally, 10 review papers and 3 edited books. His total impact Factor is more than 230. He is the secretary of Swedish South Asian Network- Fermented Foods (SASNET-FF), Anand and Executive Editor of International Journal of Fermented Foods. He is also the Editorial board member of Protein and Peptide Letters and Journal of Dairy Research. He also handled the externally funded projects sponsored by DST, DBT, ICAR, Govt. of Gujarat as PI or Co-PI.
