Overview

After time-tripping to meet a father he never knew and save President William McKinley from assassination, Nick Christopher thought he was finished with time travel. And then, his friend Paul Roberts tells him about haunting visits from victims of the Salem witch trials. They are relentless, and Paul wonders if he and Nick should access the Endeavor Project-which he created-to visit Salem and confront the people who demand justice for the past. The trip would risk their lives, their reputations as scientists, and the future of humanity. But the ghosts won't be ignored, and Paul needs Nick's experience and friendship to make it work. What happens when science clashes with time and human aspirations? What happens when hubris runs head on into humanity?
