Johnny L. Franklin Jr. was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He attended Northside High School and graduated in 2006. While in high school, he was a member of the Northside High Marching Band during his 10th and 11th grade year. Johnny is a graduate of Southwest Tennessee Community College and Le-Moyne Owen College. He holds an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation from Le-Moyne Owen College in 2012, he launched his career in law enforcement and became a Probation/Parole Officer with the State of Tennessee. With his hard work-ethic and years of experience, Johnny has become a well-respected individual in his line of work. Johnny is always open to accepting new challenges in life and enjoys spending time with his family. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys playing piano, watching sports, reading, and writing. Johnny wants to always be known as a positive role model and a person who is always willing to help others.
