Ömer Faruk Şarkbay was born on January 3, 1970 in Ankara. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry Istanbul University in 1991. He specialized in Oral Implantology at Bezmialem University Faculty of Dentistry. He served in the field of Maxillofacial Surgery for 4 years. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Marmara University Social Sciences Institute and his doctorate education at Istanbul Gelisim University. He started working as a faculty member at Istanbul Gelişim University Department of Faculty of Health Sciences. He works in the fields of health management, artificial intelligent sustainability and efficiency. He has participated in many congresses at home and abroad. His article was published nationally and internationally. He served as a manager in many projects related to his field. He opened his own clinic in 1992. He currently works as both managing partner and Oral surgeon at a dental hospital where 58 people work. He worked on corporate social responsibility projects. He worked as an administrator and volunteer in business and charity associations. As a volunteer doctor, he provided treatment services to child and adult patients in Afghanistan, Somalia, Ethiopia,Iraq and in refugee camps Syria. Aslı Kaya graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Dumlupınar University (1999-2003), specializing in Management and Organization. She completed her Master's degree in the Department of Business Administration, Management, and Organization at Dumlupınar University between 2003-2006, having the title of “Business Administration and Organization Science Specialist.” On September 6, 2021, she graduated from the Department of Health Management, Faculty of Health Sciences, Suleyman Demirel University, in the field of Health Institutions Management, receiving the title of “Doctor.” Simultaneously, she completed the PhD. program in Accounting and Finance at the Department of Business Administration, Inönü University, and had the title of “Doctor” on February 22, 2024. Her research focuses on academic subjects in which health management, organizational behavior, behavioral accounting and finance, management and strategic management, health tourism and health economy.
