Overview

After Last of Her Kind, Newearth is a place to start over, offering the human race a second chance on Earth. This time, humans are in the minority and the Inter-Alien Alliance rules. Five alien races live and work together on the planet, but not everyone has humanity's best interests in mind. In the Newearth world, friendship and family are more than skin deep. A planet-eating monster is heading to Newearth, and a dedicated light alien is determined to find the one person who can save the planet. Allies living at home, investigating a distant planet, and traveling across the universe must coordinate their efforts to fight off hostile enemies. Can humans and aliens protect their own yet build a future together?

Author Information

A. K. Frailey has written a historical sci-fi and science fiction series, short story collections, inspirational non-fiction books, a children's book, and a poetry collection. She has been writing for over fifteen years and has published 17 books.She was an Elementary Education teacher who taught in Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Wood River, IL. She also trained teachers in the Philippines for the Peace Corps and later earned a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University.Ann homeschooled all her children and currently manages her rural homestead with her kids and their numerous critters. In her spare time, she serves as an election judge and secretary/treasurer of her small town's cemetery.
