She has a longstanding interest in flexible working including both flexibility of and for employees and has published widely in this field. Dr. Kelliher is currently co-chair of the International Industrial Relations Association Study Group on flexible work practices. Dr. Julia Richardson is Associate Professor of organizational behaviour in the School of Human Resource Management at York University. Her research interests include flexible work arrangements, career management and international mobility.
