Dr. Janardan Singh did his B.Sc. Ag. (1986) and M.Sc. (1988) from ANDUA&T, Kumarganj, Ayodhya and Ph. D. (1992) from CSK HPKV, Palampur. Dr Singh has served as Assistant Agronomist at CSK HPKV, Palampur (1992), Scientist at Potash Research Institute of India, Gurgaon (1992-1995), Assistant Extension Specialist (1995-2001) and Agronomist (2001-2006) at CSK HPKV, Palampur, Associate Professor at HAC, Keren, Eritrea (2006-2008) and Associate Director, CSKHPKV Regional Research Station, Kukumseri, Lahaul & Spiti (2010-2014). He has also served as Nodal Officer of National Academic Depository (NAD) Cell of the University from 2016 to 2020.Dr. Singh is presently serving as Head, Department of Organic Agriculture & Natural Farming, College of Agriculture, CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur. He is also President of Oraganic Agricultural Society of India and H P Agricultural University Teachers Association, Palampur. Dr Singh has professional experience of more than 32 years as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor. He has made outstanding contribution in the refinement and development of crop production technologies besides transfer of technologies among the hill farmers. Dr. Singh has guided9 M.Sc. and 3Ph.D students as major advisor. He has completed 15 research/extension projects as PI/Co-PI. Dr. Singh has been awarded with 3 International and 15 National awards by International agencies/ICAR/SAUs/Professional Societies. He has published 115 research/conference papers, 3 books, 9 booklets, 3 book chapters, 43 manuals, 60popular articles, 5 brochures and 6 pamphlets/leaflets. Dr Singh has organized many trainings/refresher courses/Radio School/National Conference as Coordinator/Training Organizer besides aNational Training/Summer School as Course Director/Co-Course Director. He has visited countries like Israel as a trainee and Eritrea as a faculty member in HAC, KerenEriteria. Shilpa Chaudhary is working as an Assistant Professor at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Punjab. She has 11 years of teaching experience. She has presented various papers in national and international conferences. Her research mainly focuses on Social capital, Absorptive capacity, Innovation, innovation capabilities, and various contemporaneous issues Dr. Pooja did B.Sc. Hons. Ag. (2017) and M.Sc. Agronomy (2019) from MPUAT, Udaipur and Ph. D. Agronomy (2023) from CSK HPKV, Palampur. She is ASRB-ICAR-NET and UGC NET qualified with 70.67% and 60%. She has published 12 research/conference papers, 10 book chapters & popular articles and attended 9 national trainings till date.
