Dr. Can Hu: Dr. Can Hu is associate professor, master's supervisor, member of the Youth Committee of the China Agricultural Machinery Society, director of the Xinjiang Agricultural Machinery Society, and expert in the ecological environment protection law enforcement think tank of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. He mainly engages in the research and development of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment, as well as the migration and transformation of soil microplastics. He is currently in charge of and has completed 12 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key R&D Program of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. He hosted four educational reform projects, including the Ministry of Education's collaborative innovation project. Published over 40 academic papers, with over 20 papers included in SCI and EI. Prof. Hu authorized 10 invention patents and 3 utility patents. And partial achievement transformation has been achieved. One Golden Bridge Award in the Chinese Technology Market; One second prize and one third prize for the Corps Technology Invention; One second prize for scientific and technological progress at Tarim University; One first prize for teaching achievements in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; One third prize of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Teaching Achievement Award. Dr. Long Wang: Dr. Long Wang, is Associate Professor, mainly engaged in the design and research and development of characteristic agricultural machinery and equipment in southern Xinjiang, as well as research on cotton sowing technology and equipment. He has led 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, 7 departmental and bureau level projects, won 1 second prize of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Technology Invention Award, 1 third prize of the Corps Technology Invention Award, published more than 20 academic papers, 3 papers included in SCI, 3 papers included in EI, 2 papers on educational reform, and served as the Deputy Editor in Chief of 2 textbooks. Jianfei Xing: Jianfei Xing holds a master's degree and is a lecturer, mainly engaged in research on residual film pollution in farmland and the development and application of facility agricultural equipment. He hosted 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, 3 municipal level projects, and 5 horizontal projects. He received 1 second prize for technological invention in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, published more than 10 papers, including 3 SCI searches, 3 EI searches, 2 authorized patents, and participated in the publication of 1 Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps technical specification. Dr. Xufeng Wang: Dr. Xufeng  Wang received his B.S. in mechanical design and manufacturing from Gansu Agricultural University in 1999, M.S. in agricultural mechanization engineering from Shenyang Agricultural University in 2007. He received his Ph.D. in machinery manufacturing and automation from China Agricultural University in 2019. Since Nov. 2014, Dr. Wang has been in College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering , Tarim University as a Professor. Dr. Wang focuses on the monitoring of farmland residual film pollution and the research and development of technology and equipment for the recovery of topsoil residual film. Recent research interests include key technologies and equipment for the production of characteristic forests and fruits in southern Xinjiang, monitoring farmland residual film pollution and technology and equipment for the recovery of topsoil residual film, and research and development of key technologies and equipment for the integration of water and fertilizer in facility agriculture and harvesting. Since 2008, Dr. Wang has published over 80 academic papers in international journals and conferences, including 32 indexed by SCI and EI. He has been granted 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of public welfare industry (agriculture) scientific research, 1 national agricultural non-point source pollution survey project, and 6 major and key scientific and technological projects of the Corps. He received 1 second prize and 1 third prize of the Corps Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 Shennong China Agricultural Science and Technology Excellent Innovation Team Award from the Ministry of Agriculture, and 1 third prize of the Autonomous Region Teaching Achievement Award, Publish 4 textbooks, 8 authorized invention patents. Dr. Wang serves as a young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leader in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, a member of the technical guidance expert group for the treatment of farmland residual film pollution in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, an academic leader in key disciplines at the school level, an executive director of the Xinjiang Agricultural Machinery Society, and an editorial board member of the Xinjiang Agricultural Mechanization Journal. Dr. Zhao Zhang: Dr. Zhao Zhang received his B.E. and M.E. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Agricultural Mechanization from Northwest A&F University in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, U.S., in 2015. Since Nov. 2021, Dr. Zhang has been in College of Information and Electrical Engineering, China Agricultural University as a Professor.
