Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationBonnie Warren has served as the editor of New Orleans Magazine, city editor of Better Homes and Gardens and Metropolitan Home magazines, the founding editor of New Orleans Homes and Lifestyles, and is the winner of multiple awards from the Press Club of New Orleans. She has contributed to more than two dozen publications, including Redbook, Playboy, and Woman's Day. She previously collaborated with photographer Cheryl Gerber on Pelican's New Orleans Historic Homes. An active cultural and civic volunteer, Warren lives in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cheryl Gerber is a freelance journalist and documentary photographer. A New Orleans native, she is the recipient of several Press Club of New Orleans awards. Gerber is a staff photographer for Gambit and a regular contributor to the New York Times, the Associated Press, and New Orleans Magazine. Errol Laborde, editor and publisher of Louisiana Life magazine, has won more than twenty-five New Orleans Press Club Awards for outstanding journalism since 1972. A producer and panelist on public televisionís Informed Sources, an award-winning program that explores local politics, Laborde also is the founding president and a current board member of the annual Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival.
