Gregory Lois is an attorney who defends employers in workers' compensation cases in New York and New Jersey. Greg's practice involves representation of employers, self-insured companies, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. Greg has served as lead attorney on more than 100 trials involving workplace discrimination, workers' compensation, and civil claims. Greg is the author of a handbook to New York Workers' Compensation Law ( New York Workers' Compensation Law ) and co-author of the Lexis-Nexis New Jersey Workers' Compensation Practice Guide (2016 Edition).
