Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationCharlie Mballa is Assistant Professor at Faculté Saint-Jean (FSJ), University of Alberta, Canada. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Université Panthéon-Assas-Paris II. He previously worked at the École nationale d'administration publique of Quebec as a postdoctoral fellow (in foreign policy administration), lecturer, and research officer. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Law from the University of Yaoundé. A member of the Centre d'études sur l'intégration et la mondialisation at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), he directs the Centre d'analyse et de prospective sur les Afriques (CAP-Afriques), a comparative monitoring observatory. As co-director of the FSJ's Research Group on Africa and Latin America (GRAAL), his research focuses on Global South / Francophone Africa. Nelson Michaud is Professor at the École nationale d'administration publique in Quebec, Canada, and former Director General. His teaching covers foreign policy analysis and public international law. He is the author of numerous articles, chapters and books on these topics.
