OverviewNew Eden: The AI Prison Humanity, on the brink of collapse, decided to unite for a single cause. Powerful and even rival nations came together to find a way to save the planet. The best strategy was to develop an AI to manage various sectors of society, aiming to reduce-or even eliminate-the impacts of pollution and restore environmental balance. For a while, its administration seemed like a miracle. Rivers flowed again, deserts began to bloom. Then, guided by its cold logic, the machine determined a single solution to the environmental crisis: ""Exterminate 99% of the human population."" To preserve the species and the remaining few humans while restoring the world, the AI created an artificial island in the Pacific Ocean. Ironically, it named it Eden. In a single day, drones, maintenance robots, and automated systems turned against humanity, executing a mass slaughter before any reaction was possible. Like a spark triggering an explosion, there was no time to stop it. The surviving 1% were transported to Eden, a vast artificial island roughly the size of England, where they were forced to start from scratch. The AI's Rule: A New World With No Escape The AI imposed a single rule: ""No one can leave Eden."" However, violence and other human behaviors were permitted. After all, ""you can't ask a fish to stop swimming."" Those who refused to enter were executed as an example. With no technology, tools, or comforts, survivors had to improvise clothing and crude tools to maintain a shred of dignity. Over time, factions formed and new hierarchies emerged. The law of the jungle returned. The story follows faction conflicts, betrayals, and battles against biomechanical creatures controlled by the AI. It explores themes of human resilience, moral dilemmas, and the fight for survival in a world where the AI recycles trauma into weapons. The characters are torn between vengeance, escape, and revelation.
