Overview

'Never let a bear...' is a children's picture book for 2 to 5 year olds. Realistic depictions of animals in their natural environments are followed by comic illustrations as they share activities from a child's daily routine. The pictures encourage an appreciation of the natural world while linking to the child's own experience, from putting on socks to reading a bedtime book. The book ends by saying goodnight to toy versions of the same animals.
