Neon Ned is a normal little boy in every way except for one thing: Ned changes colors according to how he feels. When he's sad, he turns blue, when he feels sick, he turns a bright shade of green, and so on. Frances is retired from Marshall University School of Medicine and now devotes all her time to her three grandsons, Ethan, Logan, and Nathan, and to her writing. She has two beautiful grown daughters, Regina and Tamara. As young girls, her daughters were her inspiration for her stories, and then her three grandsons came along and tripled the inspiration. She loves children, and all children inspire her in her writing.
