Mike Dettorre is a director at Archstone Consulting. He has negotiated in excess of 250 technology related transactions in the last decade on both the buy and the sell side as well as architected dozens of telecom networks. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Management of Technology. James R. Kalyvas is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Foley & Lardner LLP, chair of the firm's E-Business and Information Technology practice and a member of the firms' Intellectual Property Department. Specializing in structuring telecommunications, technology and business processing outsourcing transactions, multi-vendor sourcing strategies, and Enterprise Resource Planning initiatives, Mr. Kalyvas advises companies, public entities, and associations on the procurement, negotiation, and implementation of information technology. Kirk N. Sullivan is senior counsel to Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm's Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Department, and the E-Business and Information Technology Practice Group. He advises companies, associations and public entities on all matters involving the acquisition and use of information technology, and helps structure and negotiate information technology initiatives, including those for telecommunications procurements, ERP, CRM and digital and broadcast media.
