In Necessary Leadership, Billy Wisneski examines the early life and presidency of Rutherford B Hayes while applying three leadership qualities that are necessary for successful leaders - humility, integrity and accountability. Billy Wisneski has served in leadership roles for over a decade - working in the financial industry, higher education and church ministries. His passion for American History and the Presidency collide with his passion to help leaders examine the past and prepare for the future. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management. Billy and his wife, Abby, reside in Delaware, OH with their two dogs, Clary and Lotus.
