Overview

Navigating Polyamory and Monogamy is all about staying conscious, and also about creating agreements that all parties can live with. It covers basic relationship agreements and also topics on difficult conversations and how to transform relationships and stay friends. Relationships take consciousness, and for many of us when we enter into a new relationship we go unconscious. This is a societal norm in fact. Even those of us in the poly world will forgo consciousness at times. If you're poly Allena Gabosch not only gives you step-by-step guidelines to navigate polyamory, she also includes practical examples of her poly journey from her 50-plus years of being poly. And much of what she learned over the years easily translates to navigating monogamy.
