She began her academic career in 2016 as a research assistant in the Faculty of Communication at Abant Izzet Baysal University. Since 2020, she has been serving as an associate professor in the New Media and Communication Department of the Türker İnanoğlu Faculty of Communication at Karabük University. She has numerous book chapters, national and international articles, and conference papers in the field of media and communication studies. In addition to editing a book titled “Media and Communication” during the pandemic, she has been serving as an editor for INJOCMER (International Journal of Media and Communication Research) since 2020. Muhammed Ali Yetgin graduated from the State University of New York, a public university in the United States of America, with a degree in Computer Science. In 2006, he received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University and in 2017 he received his PhD in Business Administration from Turkish Aeronautical Association University in Ankara, Türkiye. Dr. Yetgin, who worked in the Ministry of Interior of Türkiye for about 15 years, started to work as an Assistant Professor Dr. at Karabük University Vocational School of Social Sciences, a state university, at the end of 2019.
