Ensuring an efficient and agile information system in a volatile and uncertain environment is a real challenge. Only an agile IT strategy can underpin it. The theme of agility in my research functions as a platform that offers methodological and practical support for achieving effective IT agility in complex and dynamic environments and provides new ideas for addressing emerging challenges in organizations of all types and missions. As a strategic direction, agility reflects the development and operationalization of dynamic organizational capabilities to achieve competitiveness in response to the business environment the organization faces. As such, I examine all aspects that play a key role in enabling the organization through agility and resilience capabilities, especially the application of ICT. Hist research has involved engaging with one of the Leading port management organizations and industry at various capacities, 10s of SMEs, large companies, Oil and Gas sector in MENA and Europe.
