He is currently working as an Associate Professor in Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He has also additional duties of Associate Director Global Strategy & Engagement at UTM International. He has published more than 100 research articles in indexed journals. He has led and collaborated on various national and international research projects, especially from the industries in Malaysia, International grants, University fund and the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.
