Alexandra Villing is a Curator in the Department of Greek and Roman Antiquities in the British Museum. She has edited The Greeks in the East, published in the British Museum Research Publications series (no. 157) in 2005, and her other publications include Classical Athens, published by British Museum Press, 2005. Udo Schlotzhauer is in the Eurasia department of the Deutsches Archoologisches Institut, Berlin.
