Overview

Nature has been, and continues to be, an integral part of my healing journey. She so graciously shares her gifts, providing comfort and leading me to new-found epiphanies. In July of 2022 I lost my precious daughter Melissa to tragic circumstances. Mother Nature has been instrumental in helping me find solace, just as she did for my daughter. My first #NatureHeals book was inspired by my experiences of the healing power of Nature, many of which occurred in the Clark County Wetlands Park by my home in Nevada and in my garden and at the beach by my home in Long Island, New York. This book will continue that journey, and will also speak to the ramifications of man not respecting Nature. I was profoundly affected by witnessing the damage caused by the wildfires in my beloved wetlands park; damage that was sadly human-caused. In return for her selfless gifts, Nature deserves nothing less than our respect.
